HRDF - Train the Trainer Certification

Butterflies are flapping in our tummies, our heart rate is up and that isn't due to the caffeine from the Frappacino!

It's been awhile since we had to go for one of these certifications. Normally it's the other way around, where we are certifying one of our supervisors or managers for their train the trainer certification. Now the shoe is on the other foot and we're the students, yikees!!!

It's a five day certification for HRDF, it's a small group of seven, of which half are trainers, so the stakes are high - Many Sifus under one roof! It was an intense period, yet loads of fun and we learnt many new and interesting things from the trainer and each another.

Glad to report we MADE IT.... and all of us got our certs. The journey for both Evelyn and I in getting our company is slowly but surely shaping up and taking place.
